Turnaround time is usually 4-5 business days. If you are placing an order for another product (example DTF) and you need it to ship sooner, please place two separate orders.
Please leave us a note with the dimensions (in inches) you want each file printed at when submitting your order
File formats accepted: .PDF, .PNG, .SVG, .TIF, or .PSD.
Files must be a minimum 300dpi resolution
Any text should have a thick line weight. Delicate text with smaller lines cannot be used.
Designs/ graphics with intricate details cannot be used.

Application Instructions:

1. Set heat press to 300 degress Fahrenheit.

2. Place the transfer onto the garment with the film side facing up.

3. Press for 12-15 seconds (for either cotton or polyester garments).

4. Wait until the transfer fully cools, and peel off the film.

5. Cover the transfer area with a piece of Kraft paper or cloth (old t shirts work great!) and re press for 5 seconds.

6. Allow 24 hours before washing. These transfers are machine washer/dryer friendly.
